Dispatch Times
We dispatch all orders within 2–3 working days from the date of confirmed payment. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or national holidays are processed on the next working day.
You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our Bengaluru fulfilment hub.
Delivery Timelines
Metro cities (Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune): 2–4 working days after dispatch.
Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities: 4–7 working days after dispatch.
Northeastern states and remote pin codes: 7–12 working days after dispatch.
These are estimates. Actual delivery times depend on your courier partner and local conditions. Peak seasons (Diwali, Christmas, harvest festivals) may add 2–3 days.
Shipping Charges
Orders above ₹999: Free shipping across India.
Orders below ₹999: Flat ₹79 shipping fee.
We do not ship internationally at this time.
Packaging
We pack with food safety and the environment in mind. Grains and flours ship in cotton inner bags and recyclable kraft outer cartons. Oils ship in dark glass bottles with protective padding. We are phasing out all remaining plastic wraps and tape by FY26.
Tracking Your Order
Once dispatched, use the tracking link in your email or visit our Trace page with your batch code to see farm-to-door movement.
If you have not received a tracking email within 4 working days of your order, write to us — we will investigate and update you promptly.
Delays and Non-Delivery
Delays caused by weather events, carrier disruptions, or incorrect address details provided at checkout are outside our control. If your order is marked delivered but has not arrived, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and we will file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement.
